The Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education and Services (“CECES”), is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.   Our vision in the coming decade is to create a broad reach around the globe to serve children and families living in underprivileged conditions.  We are happy to announce and welcome Mr. Gary Lam on board in the position of Honorary President, taking effect on November 01, 2022.

Mr. Lam is the Founder and CEO of Asia CEO Community (“ACC”) – a pioneering prestigious member club in Asia specially catering for entrepreneurs and corporate CEOs. ACC has long been creating a nurturing environment for Asia CEOs and is dedicated to improving the profitability and quality of their enterprises through shared insights and experience. It also serves as a unique platform to facilitate knowledge transfer between different industries.

In the past six years, Mr. Lam has had a strong commitment and vision serving the prestigious global sector of top management. ACC has now 28 chapters around the globe including Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, London, Paris, Dubai and New Delhi; 180+ committee members and advisors, and 16,000+ global business leaders. ACC is a global executive platform currently in its closing of the second round fundings backed by professional investors.
