Hong Kong CECES Children Speech Competition 2013    
 
The competition aims at encouraging children to improve their English pronunciation and speech presentation. It is an excellent opportunity for children to build confidence and gain valuable experience of on-stage performance in front of mass audiences. Children from China & Macau are welcome.
  • Date: 27th April 2013 (Sat)
  • Time: 1pm-6pm
  • Venue: Atrium, 7/F, The Fortune Metropolis, Hung Hom
  • Awards: Top three of each group will be rewarded a trophy, certificate & FACE studio coupon. All champians will be rewarded a set of CROSS quality writing instrument. All contestants will be rewarded a certificate.
  • Group: Lower Kindergarten (3-4yrs)/ Upper Kindergarten (5-6yrs)/ Lower Primary (6-9yrs
  • Enrollment: Complete the enrollment form with admission fee $300, submit to Shop 827, 8/F, The Fortune Metropolis, 6 Metropolis Drive, Hung Hom via mail (Cheque payable: Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education & Services Ltd)
  • Enrollment form: Download from www.hkceces.org or collect at CCDC, selected kindergartens and primary schools.
  • Deadline: 6th April 2013
  • Admission fee: $300

Judging Criteria: l Clarity of speech (pronunciation, intonation, articulation, voice projection etc) l Interpretation (understanding and conveying the author’s message) l Audience

awareness (effective communication with the audience)
